In order to use RapidiOnline you need to have a User account on RapidiOnline. To create a user account, please select Signup in the top right corner of the RapidiOnline page (or under MyRapidi).

When you create a user account, you can select to create a company account at the same time (check the field called "also create account"). This will create a RapidiOnline Company account and relate your new user account to this company account.

If you company already has a company account on RapidiOnline, then you should not create another company account. Instead create only a user account and then ask your RapidiOnline Account administrator (usually the one that first created an account on RapidiOnline) to associate your new account with the company account.
