Dashboard
On the Dashboard you can see different status information related to your RapidiOnline service.
First of all, you can see when the service Expires and If its a Trial service.
Second, you can see the status of the service on the central side. It shows what port the service is running on and it shows the version of the RapidiOnline service on the central side.
Next it shows you all the RapidiConnectors that are currently connected to the your central service. For each RapidiConnector you can see what IP address it connects from (in general this would be the external IP address of the network where the RapidiConnector is running) and the version of the RapidiConnector is also shown.
You can read here about HowTo Upgrade the RapidiConnector to the latest version
The "activate" and "disable" links will activate/disable that the browser retrieves the service status repeatedly (each 7 seconds).
If you have Transfer Edit Rights, then you will also see some links to "get service status", "stop service" and "start service". Be very carefull with these, as these will stop/start your central RapidiOnline Service. Be sure to always leave the central service in a "started/running" state. It will trigger an alarm at our end if the service is left in a stopped state !
Stopping and starting the central service should generally not be necessary - it should only be done in some special cases when advised by RapidiOnline support.
The last thing that the Dashboard is showing, is the Schedules that are overdue. If you have any schedules that for some reason have not run correctly within the notify interval time setup, then these will show up here.
