A number of changes in the Configuration setup to improve editing of Groups and links from groups to related Transfers, Schedules etc.

We have done a number of updates to the configuration setup in relation to editing of Groups and their relation to Transfers and to Schedules.

First of all the strange behavior when creating a new group has been changed so that now the new button will directly create a new group.

Second we have added a number of links to the Group list in order to make it much easier to navigate from a group to the related Transfers and to the related Schedules and Log entries.

The same goes for the Transfer list, where you can also navigate directly to the related Schedules, RTI and Log entries.

Last but not least, renaming of a Group will now automatically rename the Group on Transfers and in the Schedules (even rename the schedules themselves). Deleting a Group will delete the Schedules that use this Group. Renaming a Transfer will now also change the Schedules and rename these.

In total, a lot of small changes that makes navigation and using groups easier.
