On RapidiOnline it is possible to have a number of users assigned to the same account.

The first user from a company that signup on RapidiOnline usually also creates an account. All services are then attached to that account.

If you want to have more users attached to the same account, please proceed as follows:

1. For each new user, let the user do a SignUp on RapidiOnline thereby creating a new user (the user should NOT check the "Create new account" field).
2. Login as the first user (the one that created the account) and go to MyRapidi and select "Associate User" from the menu on the left.
3. For each user above, enter their login name in the field "User login" and click the "associate user" button.
4. If the new user need "Transfer Edit rights", please open a case on RapidiOnline support and include company name and user login of the users that need the Transfer Edit rigth.

Thats it, the new users will now see your service(s) under MyRapidi when they login on RapidiOnline.
